Brant Hanlen charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 6thth minute of the game Brant Hanlen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halifax FC's Benjamin Pack was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Bryanne Muggleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Drew Hardiman might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Larry Boneheyo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Drew Hardiman ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Tauschke during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Halifax FC got a freekick which was hit by Ryan Watts. 19 minutes into the match, Brant Hanlen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Halifax FC's Benjamin Pack. Benjamin Pack was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, lochies's Bryanne Muggleton got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Larry Boneheyo made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Drew Hardiman sent off a good shot on target. Ryan Watts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Larry Boneheyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Larry Boneheyo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neville Fasey in the 27th minute. Halifax FC's Drew Hardiman came free and shot a quick shot against goal 29 minutes in the game, fortunately Larry Boneheyo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Halifax FC's attack was well implemented in the 29th minute, but when Drew Hardiman was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 31st minute, Ryan Watts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caine Warhurst during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Larry Boneheyo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 39th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Buchanan Bower. After having played for 43 minutes, Drew Hardiman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Halifax FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Drew Hardiman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Benjamin Pack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryanne Muggleton, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in lochies's zone, Brandes Warren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Larry Boneheyo came out of the goal and Brandes Warren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Brant Hanlen got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bryanne Muggleton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Pack having to make a save. Drew Hardiman hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Brant Hanlen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. lochies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brant Hanlen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Halifax FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Rich Boothey hit a great ball. Brant Hanlen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th match minute, lochies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ellis Voller to maneuver through the defense. If Bryanne Muggleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, lochies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caine Warhurst to maneuver through the defense. Brant Hanlen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Pack having to interfere.
