Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Berke Mcmillan made the kick off and thus started the match. Tiger Schonke hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Berke Mcmillan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Duffield United's Alfred Olejasz got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Casper Sawbridge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altona Meadows's supporters rose to their feet, but Casper Sawbridge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Furkan Sweet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18 played minutes Altona Meadows got a freekick which was hit by Berke Mcmillan. After 20 minutes, Murphey Fenwick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Duffield United and the Altona Meadows players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Duffield United's Murphey Fenwick got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Navarro Waters came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Altona Meadows fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Navarro Waters couldn't finish the play. Max Gissane took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barney Boneheyo. Barney Boneheyo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 31 minutes into the game, Casper Sawbridge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altona Meadows's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Duffield United the free kick. In the 31st match minute, Altona Meadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Sawbridge to maneuver through the defense. Barney Boneheyo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Gissane went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute Alfred Olejasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barney Boneheyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes, Tiger Schonke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Duffield United and the Altona Meadows players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Duffield United! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Gissane in the 57th minute of play forced Altona Meadows's goalkeeper Barney Boneheyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Duffield United getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Max Gissane hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Russel Andrusiow in the 65th minute of play forced Duffield United's goalkeeper Furkan Sweet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Russel Andrusiow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Berke Mcmillan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Russel Andrusiow's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Furkan Sweet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Max Gissane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barney Boneheyo having to interfere. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Duffield United's goalkeeper Furkan Sweet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casper Sawbridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Furkan Sweet having to interfere. Alfred Olejasz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Duffield United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
