Max Gissane might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bryce Renshaw. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Max Gissane ran back to his position shaking his head. Bryce Renshaw was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Max Gissane showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Max Gissane recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bryce Renshaw. Max Gissane showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

If Bleyd Cudmore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
