The tension between the Lewisham and the Kyeemagh players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Lewisham got a freekick which was hit by Murdock Twite. If Brad Sanderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Biggs Muggleton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kyeemagh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Biggs Muggleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th match minute, Lewisham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Turner to maneuver through the defense. Phillip Pegler kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Kyeemagh got a freekick which was hit by Danton Perandis. Duncan Byrnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biggs Muggleton, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to Lewisham getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Murdock Twite hit a great ball. In the 31st minute of the match Berny Delbridge sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Duncan Byrnes skillfully saved the ball. If Biggs Muggleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the game, Angelo Brophy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kyeemagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lewisham the free kick. After 36 played minutes Kyeemagh got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Brophy. After 37 played minutes Lewisham got a freekick which was hit by Kent Adair. Brad Sanderson scored 0-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duncan Byrnes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Biggs Muggleton kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Brad Sanderson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duncan Byrnes was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kent Adair made a kick off. 0-3 became the score in the 52nd minute when Biggs Muggleton elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Angelo Brophy hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Biggs Muggleton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Duncan Byrnes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Duncan Byrnes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Duncan Byrnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brad Sanderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Biggs Muggletons short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Duncan Byrnes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Kyeemagh's Brad Sanderson in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lewisham's goalie prevented a goal. Duncan Byrnes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brad Sanderson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Biggs Muggleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Lewisham defense, Biggs Muggleton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duncan Byrnes. The Lewisham fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duncan Byrnes should have stopped the shot. In the 80th minute Brad Sanderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duncan Byrnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biggs Muggleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duncan Byrnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brad Sanderson in the 86th minute of the match. If Biggs Muggleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brad Sanderson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duncan Byrnes having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bryanne Wang during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kyeemagh booed when Lewisham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryanne Wang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Biggs Muggleton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Duncan Byrnes made a huge save. Biggs Muggleton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duncan Byrnes having to interfere. When the match was over Kyeemagh could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lewisham throughout the match.
