An unexpectedly hard shot by Bishop Rosenboom in the 4th minute of play forced Earlston's goalkeeper Edmonds Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, The Enforcers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliot Schultz to maneuver through the defense. When Earlston's Danton Lawrence in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Downing Schultz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmonds Hands. Earlston's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Downing Schultz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Bishop Rosenboom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edmonds Hands. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. The supporters of Earlston booed when The Enforcers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bishop Rosenboom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Downing Schultz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Edmonds Hands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 minutes of play, Earlston's Danton Lawrence made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brooks Tisdell was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bran Laing's late challenge caught a Earlston's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bran Laing helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, The Enforcers's Bran Laing got a free kick in the 41st minute. Brooks Tisdell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danton Lawrence in the 45th minute of play. Edmonds Hands made an important save on a dangerous shot by Downing Schultz in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bishop Rosenboom to strike the kick off in the second half. Edmonds Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bishop Rosenboom in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, The Enforcers's goalkeeper Brooks Tisdell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brendan Cusbert. After a rather tough play, Earlston's Aron Bower got a free kick in the 59th minute. After having played for 65 minutes, Bishop Rosenboom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Enforcers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bishop Rosenboom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, The Enforcers's goalkeeper Brooks Tisdell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brendan Cusbert. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Danton Lawrence managed to get in a good position for a shot. Earlston's supporters rose to their feet, but Danton Lawrence was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brooks Tisdell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bran Laing was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 92 minutes into the match, Earlston's Brendan Cusbert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brooks Tisdell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Earlston players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Enforcers.
