Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brandon Conlin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Jeffers Rowden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poneke's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeffers Rowden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bremen Lorenz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brandon Conlin in the 6th minute of play forced Poneke's goalkeeper Payne Hinder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brynn Calver took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Payne Hinder. Payne Hinder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 17 minutes into the game, Brynn Calver cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Payne Hinder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 20 minutes, Darryl Baxter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tuckurimba and the Poneke players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Darryl Baxter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Prinsep sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Payne Hinder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Conlin in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Poneke booed when Tuckurimba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brooker Ross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeffers Rowden might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bremen Lorenz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeffers Rowden ran back to his position shaking his head. Poneke's Bryant Edwards quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kirk Tinsley, made in the 36th minute of the game. Payne Hinder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darryl Baxter in the 38th minute. Poneke's Payne Hinder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brandon Conlin in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tuckurimba's zone, Arne Prinsep stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bremen Lorenz came out of the goal and Arne Prinsep tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brynn Calver's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Payne Hinder firmly grabbed it by the left post. Payne Hinder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brooker Ross, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Poneke's goalkeeper Payne Hinder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brynn Calver. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arne Prinsep made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Brynn Calver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Payne Hinder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Poneke's goal looked a bit too open when Brooker Ross came free, but Payne Hinder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tuckurimba's Brooker Ross got a free kick in the 58th minute. Arne Prinsep was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Poneke's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brooker Ross in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Payne Hinder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Payne Hinder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Baxter in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, Tuckurimba's Brynn Calver made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Payne Hinder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Payne Hinder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Conlin in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Brynn Calver made a precise shot to the right of Payne Hinder. Poneke's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 75th minute, Brandon Conlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Payne Hinder was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Edwin Sperling took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Payne Hinder. Poneke's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brynn Calver in the 84th minute of play forced Poneke's goalkeeper Payne Hinder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeffers Rowden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Payne Hinder came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Tuckurimba's Brandon Conlin. But to his dismay, Brandon Conlin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Payne Hinder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brynn Calver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
