The tension between the Newrybar and the Tuckurimba players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Newrybar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clark Delahide to maneuver through the defense. Brynn Calver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bray Caddick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brynn Calver came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bray Caddick could save by the left post. With a little luck, Newrybar's Bray Caddick got control of the ball when Brynn Calver tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Brandon Conlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dagan Worrall during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tuckurimba booed when Newrybar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dagan Worrall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brynn Calver might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bray Caddick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brynn Calver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Bray Caddick made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Drew Adamson made a kick off. Bray Caddick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brynn Calver in the 52nd minute of play. Brynn Calver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Newrybar's zone, Brandon Conlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bray Caddick came out of the goal and Brandon Conlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Drew Adamson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bremen Lorenz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tuckurimba booed when Newrybar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmund Smee didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Brynn Calver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Newrybar's supporters rose to their feet, but Drew Adamson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bremen Lorenz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute, Kirk Tinsley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Newrybar's Drew Adamson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Raymond Gwin kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Dagan Worrall in the 94th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bremen Lorenz's left hand side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tuckurimba were victorious despite being under pressure from Newrybar for much of the match.
