Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Amos Kinsey's late challenge caught a Liverpool Allstars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amos Kinsey helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Amos Kinsey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Buchanan Mcgrath shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Weller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cliff Kreck struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Richard Weller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Duffield. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Buchanan Mcgrath managed to get in a good position for a shot. Duffield's supporters rose to their feet, but Buchanan Mcgrath was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Weller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 minutes, Kent Hess mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liverpool Allstars and the Duffield players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Liverpool Allstars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Hess to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 18 minutes, Buchanan Mcgrath managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Duffield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Buchanan Mcgrath was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Liverpool Allstars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dallas White to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Buchanan Mcgrath got free with Richard Weller in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 minutes, Dallas White mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liverpool Allstars and the Duffield players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes Liverpool Allstars got a freekick which was hit by Dallas White. Tommy Virgin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tout, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Liverpool Allstars's goalkeeper Richard Weller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cliff Kreck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buchanan Mcgrath in the 39th minute of play forced Liverpool Allstars's goalkeeper Richard Weller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cliff Kreck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Duffield were awarded a corner. Bryson Phillips went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Duffield's corner Bryson Phillips fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Richard Weller quite easily take care of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Buchanan Mcgrath was the one to do the kick off. Richard Weller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cliff Kreck, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Richard Weller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Buchanan Mcgrath in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Buchanan Mcgrath notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Liverpool Allstars's Richard Weller. Richard Weller was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Amos Kinsey was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. In the 63rd minute, Amos Kinsey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Duffield's Cliff Kreck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Weller narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cliff Kreck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Weller came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Duffield's Cliff Kreck. But to his dismay, Cliff Kreck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Cliff Kreck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Richard Weller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liverpool Allstars's Richard Weller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buchanan Mcgrath in the 83rd minute of play. When Buchanan Mcgrath came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Duffield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Buchanan Mcgrath couldn't finish the play. Duffield's Buchanan Mcgrath got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Weller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cliff Kreck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cliff Kreck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Weller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Cliff Kreck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Weller having to interfere. Richard Weller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Travers in the 93rd minute of play. Cliff Kreck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Weller having to interfere. Duffield were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Liverpool Allstars for a fine match.
