Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brandon Conlin made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute, Brynn Calver left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tuckurimba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Howard Sylvester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hale Nelson got free with Bremen Lorenz in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 played minutes Tuckurimba got a freekick which was hit by Kyle Mudie. When Howard Sylvester came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Gulginni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Howard Sylvester couldn't finish the play. If Brandon Conlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute Brynn Calver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Paull saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brandon Conlin in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Paull saved Gulginni from getting behind. Gulginni's Douglas Paull played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brynn Calver in the 20th minute of play. When Brandon Conlin came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tuckurimba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brandon Conlin couldn't finish the play. If Brandon Conlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Paull made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Conlin in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Brandon Conlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Paull saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brynn Calver in the 42nd minute of play forced Gulginni's goalkeeper Douglas Paull to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Brandon Conlin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tuckurimba's supporters rose to their feet, but Brandon Conlin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Paull breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute Brandon Conlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Paull saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Brynn Calver put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Douglas Paull. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Howard Sylvester to make the kick off. The supporters of Gulginni booed when Tuckurimba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brooker Ross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hale Nelson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bremen Lorenz having to interfere. In the 58th match minute, Tuckurimba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darryl Baxter to maneuver through the defense. After 63 played minutes Tuckurimba got a freekick which was hit by Brynn Calver. Douglas Paull took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Conlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute Brandon Conlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Paull saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Howie Whatman fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gulginni's protests and gave Howie Whatman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gulginni getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Howie Whatman hit a great ball. Brandon Conlin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Paull having to make a save. Raymond Gwin hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Tuckurimba's goal looked a bit too open when Hale Nelson came free, but Bremen Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Brandon Conlin came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Tuckurimba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brandon Conlin couldn't finish the play. If Brandon Conlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Paull showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Conlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 84 minutes of play, Tuckurimba's Brynn Calver made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Paull was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clark Plummer during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gulginni getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Clark Plummer hit a great ball. The long shot by Edwin Sperling in the 89th minute really tested Douglas Paull's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bremen Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Howard Sylvester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gulginni's goalkeeper Douglas Paull, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gulginni's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when Brandon Conlin scored to the left of an out of position Douglas Paull, making the score, 1-4.
