Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lawrence Howarth kicked off to start the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Bradley Fazey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YouShallNotPass's Roland Pfingst was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barnes Dale hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, YouShallNotPass's Boyd Tarrant sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davey Deal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roland Pfingst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradley Fazey, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Handley Cudmore hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Duncan Auger hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Bradley Fazey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Pfingst was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Bradley Fazey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Pfingst having to interfere. When Bradley Fazey came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Cheviot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradley Fazey couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, YouShallNotPass's Boyd Tarrant got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Bradley Fazey took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Pfingst. Roland Pfingst dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Cheviot getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jordon Adair hit a great ball.
Davey Deal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brynn Pearse, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Larry Kreck's late challenge caught a YouShallNotPass's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Larry Kreck helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cheviot's Larry Kreck got a free kick in the 57th minute. Davey Deal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lawrence Howarth, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes Cheviot got a freekick which was hit by Jervis Cowdell. When Carsyn Angell fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cheviot's protests and gave Carsyn Angell a yellow card for diving instead. 69 minutes into the game, one of Cheviot:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for YouShallNotPass. Boyd Tarrant stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Davey Deal. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in YouShallNotPass's zone, Jervis Cowdell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Pfingst came out of the goal and Jervis Cowdell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Duncan Auger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jervis Cowdell came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Cheviot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jervis Cowdell couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Logan Heys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see YouShallNotPass's Boyd Tarrant in action when he in the 87th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Lawrence Howarth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cheviot's Davey Deal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brynn Pearse in the 91st minute of play. After 97 played minutes Cheviot got a freekick which was hit by Handley Cudmore.
