Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Larry Crampton got the match started through his kick off. In the 10th match minute, only whites was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martyon Baptiste to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Hal Norman from long distance, 11 minutes into the match, got Brooker Cassilly's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 12 played minutes only whites got a freekick which was hit by Dean Markou. Dean Markou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Doyle Newton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Belton Heberle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ellam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave only whites the free kick. In the 19th match minute, Ellam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belton Heberle to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Benney Petersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doyle Newton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larry Crampton struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Brooker Cassilly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ellam. Brooker Cassilly came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Ellam's Michael Soekirno. But to his dismay, Michael Soekirno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Benney Petersen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Doyle Newton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hal Norman during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hal Norman hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 36 played minutes only whites got a freekick which was hit by Martyon Baptiste. only whites's Brooker Cassilly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save only whites from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damon Gronow in the 40th minute of play forced only whites's goalkeeper Brooker Cassilly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Burtt Warhurst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the only whites and the Ellam players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to only whites getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Burtt Warhurst hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, Larry Crampton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Brooker Cassilly. Larry Crampton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After having played for 46 minutes, Bryan Favas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ellam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryan Favas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Douglas Stebbing made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Douglas Stebbing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doyle Newton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brooker Cassilly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Soekirno's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Douglas Stebbing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ellam's Larry Crampton got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Michael Soekirno put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Brooker Cassilly. Brooker Cassilly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Crampton in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Stebbing in the 68th minute of play forced Ellam's goalkeeper Doyle Newton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to only whites getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Martyon Baptiste hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the game, Ellam's Damon Gronow nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brooker Cassilly made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Ellam's Belton Heberle got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Martyon Baptiste's late challenge caught a Ellam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martyon Baptiste helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes only whites got a freekick which was hit by Martyon Baptiste. 85 minutes into the match, only whites's goal looked a bit too open when Larry Crampton came free, but Brooker Cassilly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burtt Warhurst got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Burtt Warhurst kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benney Petersen during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ellam booed when only whites was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benney Petersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, only whites's Benney Petersen got a free kick in the 91st minute. only whites's Brooker Cassilly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Soekirno in the 96th minute of play. Ellam's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
