Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Randolph Cusbert got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Horrocks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamie Aliendi to maneuver through the defense. Roland Stanton was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Randolph Cusbert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Randolph Cusbert really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 16 played minutes Horrocks got a freekick which was hit by Archie Oneill. In the 19th minute, Archie Oneill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Benedict Jackson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Horrocks's goalkeeper Everett Orr, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Buchanan Pearce who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Roland Stanton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Buchanan Pearce's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Roland Stanton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 29 played minutes Kevington got a freekick which was hit by Bart Hayward. In the 30th minute of the match Angus Stockwin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roland Stanton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Horrocks booed when Kevington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaffery Legg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kevington's Roland Stanton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Kevington from getting a goal against them. Archie Oneill charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Archie Oneill the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Horrocks's Archie Oneill got a free kick in the 35th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Kevington's goal looked a bit too open when Randolph Cusbert came free, but Roland Stanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Buchanan Pearce came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Horrocks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Buchanan Pearce couldn't finish the play. Roland Stanton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Buchanan Pearce in the 46th minute. The supporters of Horrocks booed when Kevington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eden Lowes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kevington's Roland Stanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Randolph Cusbert in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedict Jackson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Everett Orr made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Benedict Jackson sent off a good shot on target. Benedict Jackson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Buchanan Pearce scored 2-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Stanton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Randolph Cusbert hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buchanan Pearce in the 62nd minute of play forced Kevington's goalkeeper Roland Stanton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Benedict Jackson sped through Horrocks's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Everett Orr. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Neale Kiel during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kevington's Neale Kiel got a free kick in the 66th minute. Randolph Cusbert took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Stanton. Roland Stanton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Stephan Mccarthy hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Angus Stockwin struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Roland Stanton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horrocks. When Horrocks's Russell Pinhey in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kevington's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Jamie Aliendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedict Jackson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Everett Orr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horrocks's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
