Nicholas Goring yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Coila's Nicholas Goring played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biggs Peterson in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Devere in the 12th minute of play forced AFC Sutherland's goalkeeper Charles Mcgrath to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Nicholas Goring managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when AFC Sutherland's Milton Harding fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nicholas Goring was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Biggs Peterson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Biggs Peterson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Luke Heathwood's late challenge caught a AFC Sutherland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luke Heathwood helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Coila fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! After 27th play minutes Bradford Millard shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Charles Mcgrath and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 33rd minute, Norman Tongs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Mcgrath was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Nicholas Goring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biggs Peterson in the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milton Harding got free with Nicholas Goring in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, AFC Sutherland's Milton Harding got a free kick in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Biggs Peterson was the one to do the kick off. Bradford Millard did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-3 to the left of a surprised Charles Mcgrath 55 minutes into the match. Biggs Peterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Coila defense, Milton Harding kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicholas Goring. The Coila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicholas Goring should have stopped the shot. Milton Harding fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicholas Goring having to interfere. In the 68th minute Biggs Peterson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Goring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicholas Goring showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biggs Peterson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Nicholas Goring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Harding in the 73rd minute of the match. Ryan Kaine hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Coila's Norman Tongs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Mcgrath narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Biggs Peterson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Goring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Coila's Nicholas Goring played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biggs Peterson in the 83rd minute of play. Bradford Millard struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Charles Mcgrath didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coila.
