Spectators: 8418 (Terracing: 6314, Seating: 1936, VIP seats: 168) Castlecrag's Bradshaw Allan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Skoolage United getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Abbott Fulton hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the game, Remy Mcjunkin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skoolage United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castlecrag the free kick. Ike Pinhey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Randall Sparrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob Wakefield could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Downing Millard made a huge save. Bradshaw Allan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ike Pinhey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bradshaw Allan, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bradshaw Allan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ike Pinhey having to interfere.

The wind increased when Jacob Wakefield made the kick off in the second half. Bradshaw Allan took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ike Pinhey. Ike Pinhey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Bradshaw Allan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ike Pinhey having to make a save. Jacob Wakefield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Downing Millard having to interfere. With his leg Ike Pinhey managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Castlecrag's Bradshaw Allan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Skoolage United's Ike Pinhey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Skoolage United from getting a goal against them. Downing Millard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Dorrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darrell Sanderson kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Bradshaw Allan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradshaw Allan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradshaw Allan in the 93rd minute of play forced Skoolage United's goalkeeper Ike Pinhey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
