Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Isaac Skurrie made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Ian de Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maribyrnong FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian de Godoi in the 8th minute of play forced Vyktory Dragons's goalkeeper Duncan Kayrooz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duncan Kayrooz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Isaac Skurrie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berny Holdsworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Skurrie in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Maribyrnong FC's Ian de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Duncan Kayrooz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After having played for 29 minutes, Isaac Skurrie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vyktory Dragons's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Skurrie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Isaac Skurrie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berny Holdsworth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cornelius Wilson in the 34th minute. Edmílson Mamais took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duncan Kayrooz. Duncan Kayrooz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Ritchie Tarrats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duncan Kayrooz having to interfere. In the 40th minute Isaac Skurrie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berny Holdsworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornelius Wilson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berny Holdsworth having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian de Godoi to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Vyktory Dragons's Cornelius Wilson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Berny Holdsworth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 61 minutes, Cornelius Wilson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vyktory Dragons's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelius Wilson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Maribyrnong FC's Luke Edwards got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Bleyd Kreck took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Berny Holdsworth. Maribyrnong FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Isaac Skurrie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vyktory Dragons's zone, Ian de Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duncan Kayrooz came out of the goal and Ian de Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the game, Jenkins Glover was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maribyrnong FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vyktory Dragons the free kick. Jenkins Glover hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Bleyd Kreck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Berny Holdsworth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Jeremy Cochrane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vyktory Dragons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maribyrnong FC the free kick. Ian de Godoi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Duncan Kayrooz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Cornelius Wilson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Vyktory Dragons's Isaac Skurrie got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Ian de Godoi let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 94th minute shot 1-4 at rihgt post.
