Darrell Brien helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Darrell Brien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Kolo da EA's Bray Sayner seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bray Sayner the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kolo da EA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bray Sayner had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Kolo da EA getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Bray Sayner hit a great ball. Darrell Sanderson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Antony Travers. Kolo da EA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jacob Wakefield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antony Travers having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Kolo da EA's goal looked a bit too open when Darrell Sanderson came free, but Antony Travers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Kolo da EA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Tisdell to maneuver through the defense. Murphey Sewell hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Eddie Millard might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ike Pinhey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eddie Millard ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 42 minutes, Jacob Wakefield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skoolage United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacob Wakefield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Dante Dorrell came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Skoolage United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Dorrell couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Darrell Brien made the kick off in the second half. Antony Travers made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Jacob Wakefield sent off a good shot on target. After 54 played minutes Kolo da EA got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Bielski. After having played for 58 minutes, Darrell Sanderson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skoolage United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darrell Sanderson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jacob Wakefield had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darrell Sanderson struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Antony Travers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skoolage United. When Eddie Millard came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Kolo da EA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Millard couldn't finish the play. If Darrell Sanderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kolo da EA made a substitution. Elliot Powderham replaced Daniel Bielski. Abbott Fulton charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abbott Fulton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kolo da EA booed when Skoolage United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abbott Fulton didn't get a good kick on the ball.
