Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlisle Laughton kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Dacosta Freel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Noorat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gary the free kick. In the 10th minute, Arnold Conlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fabrizio Schulzte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Fabrizio Schulzte recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boyde Christina. Fabrizio Schulzte showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Rudy Sewell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Carlisle Laughton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gary's Arnold Conlin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bruce Pinkerton in the 38 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everitt Johnston in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boyde Christina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Noorat's Rudy Sewell got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rudy Sewell to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Gary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alford Johnston to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute, Bruce Pinkerton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noorat's Boyde Christina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Schulzte in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Noorat getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Dacosta Freel hit a great ball. Boyde Christina came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Gary's Alford Johnston. But to his dismay, Alford Johnston quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gary's Cullen Batterham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Gary from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute Carlisle Laughton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyde Christina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abraham Tongs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boyde Christina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Rudy Sewell fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Gary getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Arnold Conlin hit a great ball. Boyde Christina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlisle Laughton in the 75th minute of play. Fabrizio Schulzte took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boyde Christina. Boyde Christina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Arnold Conlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Boyde Christina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boyde Christina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Schulzte, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Noorat's Roland Woods seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roland Woods the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Noorat protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roland Woods had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 90th minute, one of Noorat:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Noorat. In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Gary. Alford Johnston stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Boyde Christina. 5-0. After having played for 96 minutes, Abraham Tongs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Tongs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gary had won after a very even match.
