Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fotas's Kevin Will started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 16th minute Dugald Bowen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyde Christina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dugald Bowen scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boyde Christina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Boyde Christina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Costante in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Kevin Will shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyde Christina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes, Kevin Will made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Noorat's Boyde Christina tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kevin Will had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th match minute, Fotas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dugald Bowen to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Noorat's zone, Natalio Costante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyde Christina came out of the goal and Natalio Costante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes Fotas got a freekick which was hit by Dugald Bowen. Rick Fessey kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Rudy Sewell made the kick off in the second half. Boyde Christina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Will in the 55th minute of the match. Noorat's Boyde Christina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Noorat from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Boyde Christina successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Costante got free with Boyde Christina in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Noorat's zone, Natalio Costante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyde Christina came out of the goal and Natalio Costante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st match minute, Noorat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kale Newham to maneuver through the defense. Boyde Christina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Costante in the 83rd minute. Fotas's Dugald Bowen got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boyde Christina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Will, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fotas booed when Noorat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Sewell didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dugald Bowen came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Fotas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dugald Bowen couldn't finish the play. Rudy Sewell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Noorat fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fotas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
