Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ellis Hoskin got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Lawrance Sobczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reese Czaczka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Stewart Greenbank left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coventry City FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Lawrance Sobczak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reese Czaczka. Finley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lawrance Sobczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 1-2 became the score in the 16th minute when Boyde Renny elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Reese Czaczka came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Coventry City FC's Lawrance Sobczak. But to his dismay, Lawrance Sobczak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 24 minutes into the match, Finley's goal looked a bit too open when Stewart Greenbank came free, but Reese Czaczka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Coventry City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Broderick Twite to maneuver through the defense. Darian Dobson charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darian Dobson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Finley getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Randall Smee hit a great ball. Reese Czaczka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lawrance Sobczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Lawrance Sobczak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reese Czaczka having to make a save. Stewart Greenbank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reese Czaczka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stewart Greenbank, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 41 played minutes Finley got a freekick which was hit by Randall Smee. In the 44th match minute, Coventry City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phil Kreck to maneuver through the defense. If Boyde Renny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrance Sobczak in the 47th minute of play forced Finley's goalkeeper Reese Czaczka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stewart Greenbank to make the kick off. With a little luck, Finley's Reese Czaczka got control of the ball when Stewart Greenbank tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reese Czaczka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Broderick Twite, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Reese Czaczka made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Stewart Greenbank sent off a good shot on target. Finley's Reese Czaczka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Finley from getting a goal against them. Phil Kreck hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Coventry City FC's Jeffers Loch was substituted for Lawrance Sobczak. Phil Kreck kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Reese Czaczka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rufus Pound, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute Jeffers Loch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reese Czaczka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reese Czaczka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeffers Loch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the game, Stewart Greenbank recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reese Czaczka. Stewart Greenbank showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. After some careless play in the Coventry City FC defense, Ellis Hoskin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eden Hanslow. The Coventry City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eden Hanslow should have stopped the shot. Jeffers Loch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reese Czaczka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Rufus Pound notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Finley's Reese Czaczka. Reese Czaczka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute, Jeffers Loch fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Reese Czaczka, passed just outside the right post. Broderick Twite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reese Czaczka having to interfere. Finley's Reese Czaczka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Finley from getting a goal against them. Reese Czaczka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeffers Loch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Coventry City FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Finley throughout the match.
