Spectators: 8429 (Terracing: 6323, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) OzForce TNT's Berke Bailey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, OzForce TNT's goal looked a bit too open when Carmichael Cootes came free, but Jamie Quinane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Berke Bailey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Randell Malacarne was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jamie Quinane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Broderick Johnston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jamie Quinane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murphey Muddle in the 13th minute of play. Abbott Rose kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Broderick Johnston took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jamie Quinane. OzForce TNT's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Glenferrie's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Bailey came free, but Randell Malacarne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berke Bailey in the 29th minute of play forced Glenferrie's goalkeeper Randell Malacarne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmichael Cootes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jamie Quinane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryant Cudmore in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Ray Bridson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jamie Quinane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jamie Quinane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murphey Muddle in the 37th minute of play. Jamie Quinane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murphey Muddle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bryant Cudmore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glenferrie's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryant Cudmore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jamie Quinane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. OzForce TNT's Jamie Quinane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brynn Berresford in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Jamie Quinane came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Glenferrie's Bryant Cudmore. But to his dismay, Bryant Cudmore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 58th minute, Carmichael Cootes made a precise shot to the right of Jamie Quinane. OzForce TNT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Jamie Quinane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murphey Muddle, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Lorimer Crapp fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glenferrie's protests and gave Lorimer Crapp a yellow card for diving instead. Lorimer Crapp kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Glenferrie's Murphey Muddle dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. With a little luck, OzForce TNT's Jamie Quinane got control of the ball when Broderick Johnston tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Glenferrie left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than OzForce TNT.
