Phenix Mcinnis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davey Curtis having to interfere. When Bo Renny came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Bredalbane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Renny couldn't finish the play. If Bo Renny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrew Norden struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jenkins Kuskopf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pensioners 2.0. Quincy Fitzsimmons might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jenkins Kuskopf. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Quincy Fitzsimmons ran back to his position shaking his head. Davey Curtis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bo Renny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, one of Pensioners 2.0:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pensioners 2.0. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Bredalbane. Martin Quelch stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Davey Curtis. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo Renny in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davey Curtis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bredalbane's Martin Quelch got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Bredalbane fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Bredalbane's Bo Renny looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Pensioners 2.0's zone, Bo Renny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davey Curtis came out of the goal and Bo Renny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Quelch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angus Moorby during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angus Moorby hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Bredalbane's Jenkins Kuskopf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Norden in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute Andrew Norden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jenkins Kuskopf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Bredalbane were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Angus Moorby got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Angus Moorby kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Bo Renny kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Darley Woods hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Pensioners 2.0's Davey Curtis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Renny in the 59th minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Kirk Reilly was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bredalbane's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pensioners 2.0 the free kick. Kirk Reilly kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Pensioners 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Biddle Barclay. In the 70th minute of the match Dante Brennan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Davey Curtis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bredalbane's Bo Renny got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Bredalbane's Bo Renny in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pensioners 2.0's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Renny in the 79th minute of play forced Pensioners 2.0's goalkeeper Davey Curtis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonia Fessey hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Bo Renny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davey Curtis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With splendid footwork Bo Renny arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-3 by the left pole in the game's 85th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Quincy Fitzsimmons had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jenkins Kuskopf. Bredalbane's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quincy Fitzsimmons was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Bo Renny got in the 96th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Davey Curtis handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Bredalbane played a much better game than Pensioners 2.0 and deserved their victory. The Pensioners 2.0 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
