The supporters of Team Cone booed when Lucaston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Mcinnis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Team Cone's Boyce Thiele got a free kick in the 14th minute. Bruce Wakefield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Browne Boyce in the 15th minute of the match. Browne Boyce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bennett Warhurst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bryden Hitchen having to make a save. Tobie Lyle's late challenge caught a Team Cone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobie Lyle helped the player get up and apologised. Tobie Lyle hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bryden Hitchen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Keato in the 35th minute of the match. Browne Boyce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Browne Boyce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Wakefield having to interfere. Bruce Wakefield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Browne Boyce, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Browne Boyce made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Browne Boyce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bruce Wakefield was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Team Cone's Irving Goodwin got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Irving Goodwin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bennett Warhurst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute, Bennett Warhurst got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Team Cone's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lucaston the free kick. Team Cone's Bruce Wakefield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobie Lyle in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Team Cone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryden Kiel to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Team Cone players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lucaston.
