Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barrington's Jack Porteus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Barrington getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Robert Allen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Porteus in the 4th minute of play forced Mongogarie's goalkeeper Tobie Feutrill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bryan Miller was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jake Porteus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mongogarie's Bryan Potter got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Barrington's Robert Allen in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mongogarie's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Mongogarie's goal looked a bit too open when Connor Smoothey came free, but Tobie Feutrill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Allen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th match minute, Mongogarie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hal Smee to maneuver through the defense. If Robert Allen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mongogarie booed when Barrington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Porteus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Robert Allen made a precise shot to the right of Tobie Feutrill. Mongogarie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Arnie Moran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobie Feutrill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Porteus, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Jack Porteus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobie Feutrill. Mongogarie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Porteus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Bryan Miller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jake Porteus in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Bryan Potter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Bryan Miller was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jake Porteus made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Porteus in the 57th minute of play forced Mongogarie's goalkeeper Tobie Feutrill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hal Smee during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mongogarie getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Hal Smee hit a great ball. Mongogarie's Tobie Feutrill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Porteus in the 59th minute of play. Connor Smoothey succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-4 in the 62nd playminute. Robert Allen in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tobie Feutrill, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 66th minute Jack Porteus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobie Feutrill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Allen came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tobie Feutrill could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Connor Smoothey could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Tobie Feutrill however easily saved by the left post. Robert Allen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Tobie Feutrill made a huge save. Tobie Feutrill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Connor Smoothey in the 71st minute of play. Tobie Feutrill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Porteus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Mongogarie's goalkeeper Tobie Feutrill had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Allen. After a rather tough play, Mongogarie's Ace Weatherby got a free kick in the 79th minute. Tobie Feutrill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Porteus, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match, Robert Allen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tobie Feutrill was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tobie Feutrill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Porteus, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Bryan Miller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jake Porteus in the 94th minute of the match. Robert Allen kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Mongogarie fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barrington were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
