Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lucaston's Brant Anderson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Dargal getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jonty Franklin hit a great ball. Nichol Staworowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Mcinnis in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murdock Maslin in the 13th minute of play forced Lucaston's goalkeeper Bryden Hitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Murdock Maslin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryden Hitchen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Tobie Lyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Brandon Limmer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bryden Hitchen skillfully saved the ball. If Browne Boyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bryden Hitchen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darell Boothey in the 22nd minute of the match. Bryden Hitchen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dani Shipp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murdock Maslin took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryden Hitchen. Bryden Hitchen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nichol Staworowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brant Anderson in the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Brandon Limmer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dargal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Bryden Hitchen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murdock Maslin in the 47th minute of play. The Lucaston players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dargal were winning 0-3.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Murdock Maslin in the 52nd minute of play forced Lucaston's goalkeeper Bryden Hitchen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bryden Hitchen came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Dargal's Murdock Maslin. But to his dismay, Murdock Maslin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 60th match minute, Dargal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dani Shipp to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Tobie Lyle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nichol Staworowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Dargal's Nichol Staworowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Browne Boyce in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Dargal's goal looked a bit too open when Brant Anderson came free, but Nichol Staworowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Murdock Maslin notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Lucaston's Bryden Hitchen. Bryden Hitchen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bryden Hitchen was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Murdock Maslin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Murdock Maslin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Lucaston's Bryden Hitchen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Lucaston from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the match, Lucaston's goalkeeper Bryden Hitchen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darell Boothey. The crowd rose to their feet as Dargal's Murdock Maslin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bryden Hitchen. That made the score 1-7 after 92 minutes of play. Bryden Hitchen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murdock Maslin in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dargal eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
