When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Keith Pincini took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Iggi Burton to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corder Travers in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brand Trevena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adolfo Riley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brand Trevena having to interfere. When Adolfo Riley came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Aitkenvale fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Riley couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Kramer's Keith Pincini got a free kick in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Aitkenvale's goal looked a bit too open when Keith Pincini came free, but Iggi Burton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corder Travers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iggi Burton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Hanlen in the 25th minute of play. Brand Trevena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corder Travers, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Aitkenvale's goalkeeper Iggi Burton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Houldsworth. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Keith Pincini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kramer's supporters rose to their feet, but Keith Pincini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iggi Burton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Aitkenvale's goal looked a bit too open when Keith Pincini came free, but Iggi Burton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Bishop Groves notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kramer's Brand Trevena. Brand Trevena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iggi Burton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keith Pincini in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eddy Hanlen made a kick off. Aitkenvale's Iggi Burton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Houldsworth in the 53rd minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, Kramer's Eddy Hanlen made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iggi Burton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brand Trevena made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Adolfo Riley sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Adolfo Riley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, Eddy Hanlen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Iggi Burton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iggi Burton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Hanlen in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Aitkenvale's Fletcher Tupman got a free kick in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corder Travers got free with Brand Trevena in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bishop Groves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brand Trevena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Aitkenvale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Riley to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the game, Peter Houldsworth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Iggi Burton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Kramer's zone, Corder Travers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brand Trevena came out of the goal and Corder Travers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Eddy Hanlen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iggi Burton was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Bishop Groves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Brand Trevena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Riley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 95 minutes, Adolfo Riley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aitkenvale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Riley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kramer's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
