The supporters of Marrawah booed when Quaama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dani Babbage didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Quaama's zone, Amos Spinder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bradley Haeberle came out of the goal and Amos Spinder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doyle Feutrill received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bradley Haeberle came out and tried to block the shot, but Doyle Feutrill slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Quaama's Bradley Haeberle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurence Wakefield in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Hank Hauschildt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bradley Haeberle. Hank Hauschildt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Amos Spinder scored 3-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bradley Haeberle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bradley Haeberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hank Hauschildt in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Amos Spinder made a precise shot to the right of Bradley Haeberle. Quaama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 28 minutes into the match, Doyle Feutrill dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bradley Haeberle, 5-0. 31 minutes into the match, Amos Spinder notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Quaama's Bradley Haeberle. Bradley Haeberle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amos Spinder got free with Bradley Haeberle in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Butterworth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Lauder Shearn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amos Spinder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Bradley Haeberle made a huge save. Bradley Haeberle made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Doyle Feutrill sent off a good shot on target.
The wind increased when Robert Butterworth made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurence Wakefield in the 56th minute of play forced Quaama's goalkeeper Bradley Haeberle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bradley Haeberle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amos Spinder in the 57th minute of play. Bradley Haeberle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurence Wakefield in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Quaama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dani Babbage to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Quaama's Roy Knaack got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Hank Hauschildt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Amos Spinder sped through Quaama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bradley Haeberle. The long shot by Dani Babbage in the 78th minute really tested Lauder Shearn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 81st minute Amos Spinder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradley Haeberle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bradley Haeberle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amos Spinder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute Hank Hauschildt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradley Haeberle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bradley Haeberle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Spinder in the 87th minute of the match. Doyle Feutrill scored 9-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bradley Haeberle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Quaama's goal looked a bit too open when Amos Spinder came free, but Bradley Haeberle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Marrawah fully deserved thier win.
