After 16 minutes, Martyon Lorenz made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Manchester United's Matt Triplett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Matt Triplett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martyon Lorenz's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Matt Triplett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martyon Lorenz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 26 minute of play. Jonty Starling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Mccartan in the 31st minute of play. Matt Triplett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Larpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Jonty Starling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Mccartan in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Liverpool East FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesse Ceney came free, but Jonty Starling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Jesse Ceney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesse Ceney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Carver Smalley got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Hess to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Martyon Lorenz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liverpool East FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The Liverpool East FC fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Liverpool East FC's Martyon Lorenz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 70th minute Gilberto Larpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Triplett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liverpool East FC's Carleton Lewry was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matt Triplett in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonty Starling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Hess, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes Liverpool East FC got a freekick which was hit by Donovan Hogan. 88 minutes into the game, Liverpool East FC's Martyon Lorenz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matt Triplett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Martyon Lorenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool East FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martyon Lorenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matt Triplett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Liverpool East FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
