Spectators: 9353 (Terracing: 7016, Seating: 2151, VIP seats: 186) An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Laing in the 6th minute of play forced Darwin Saville FC's goalkeeper Carman Tinsley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pete Stebbing's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Carman Tinsley skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Carman Tinsley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Laing in the 11th minute. Amputees FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ed Royans in the 19th minute. The corner led Amputees FC's Ed Royans to fire away a dangerous shot which Carman Tinsley despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jan-Olof Kinell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dean Watts having to interfere. Carleton Howie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Carman Tinsley made a huge save. The supporters of Amputees FC booed when Darwin Saville FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Amputees FC's Lauder Franklin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carman Tinsley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dean Watts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Jonasson in the 34th minute of the match. Abraham Laing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carman Tinsley having to interfere. With a little luck, Darwin Saville FC's Carman Tinsley got control of the ball when Marcus Roach tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carman Tinsley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Laing, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Abraham Laing came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Amputees FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Laing couldn't finish the play. Marcus Roach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Amputees FC booed when Darwin Saville FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Göran Jonasson to strike the kick off in the second half. Dean Watts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guille Cantero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Amputees FC's Dean Watts got control of the ball when Göran Jonasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match Darwin Saville FC got a corner. Amputees FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Glauco Prado ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Glauco Prado got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dean Watts quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carman Tinsley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Roach in the 63rd minute of the match. Carman Tinsley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Laing, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Guille Cantero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Abraham Laing left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amputees FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sture Jakobsson got free with Dean Watts in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carman Tinsley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Laing's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Carleton Howie scored 2-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carman Tinsley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carman Tinsley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Laing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amputees FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Darwin Saville FC for a fine match.
