In the 7th minute, Ethan Moorby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herminio Vitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Douglas Christian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herminio Vitin ran back to his position shaking his head. Adelaide's Darren Paynter got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Christian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sylwester Kolano's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Herminio Vitin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Christian was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jeremy Palmington hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Herminio Vitin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Douglas Christian came out and tried to block the shot, but Herminio Vitin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 25th minute, but Douglas Christian got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Adelaide hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Kolano in the 28th minute of play forced Adelaide's goalkeeper Douglas Christian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Douglas Christian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylwester Kolano in the 30th minute of the match. Reese Johnson hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, io.dasola's Sylwester Kolano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Douglas Christian. Douglas Christian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Sylwester Kolano struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Douglas Christian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for io.dasola. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sylwester Kolano to strike the kick off in the second half. 7-0 became the score in the 55th minute when Sylwester Kolano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. io.dasola made a substitution. Rupertas Daužvardis replaced Gianpaolo Basso. In the 62nd minute, Sylwester Kolano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The io.dasola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. io.dasola's Herminio Vitin got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the game, Sylwester Kolano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Douglas Christian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Sylwester Kolano put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Douglas Christian. The supporters of Adelaide booed when io.dasola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basem Salem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darren Paynter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Szczepan Ciechocki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adelaide's Douglas Christian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylwester Kolano in the 76th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Herminio Vitin managed to get in a good position for a shot. io.dasola's supporters rose to their feet, but Herminio Vitin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Christian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Adelaide's zone, Sylwester Kolano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Christian came out of the goal and Sylwester Kolano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adelaide's Douglas Christian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Vitin in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sylwester Kolano in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Douglas Christian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Douglas Christian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Vitin's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Douglas Christian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Vitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute Sylwester Kolano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Christian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Sylwester Kolano put it in 13-0 from a short distance just to the right of Douglas Christian. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. io.dasola had won after a very even match.
