In the 16th minute, Sebastião Cardoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alemoa SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Yatskogoli FC's Vygandas Papšys got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some careless play in the Yatskogoli FC defense, Célio de Almeida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentas Paplauskas. The Yatskogoli FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentas Paplauskas should have stopped the shot. When Agnaldo Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alemoa SC's protests and gave Agnaldo Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. Agnaldo Marquez hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Yatskogoli FC's Valentas Paplauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Castro in the 56th minute of play. Ezequiel Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arvydas Vaineikis's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Valentas Paplauskas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastião Cardoso in the 59th minute. After 61 minutes, Eitautas Ratkevičius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yatskogoli FC and the Alemoa SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Yatskogoli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eitautas Ratkevičius to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Cardoso got free with Valentas Paplauskas in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ąžuolas Urbonavičius hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Arvydas Vaineikis came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Yatskogoli FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvydas Vaineikis couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Alemoa SC's goal looked a bit too open when Arvydas Vaineikis came free, but Ezequiel Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yatskogoli FC's Vygandas Papšys got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the game, Arvydas Vaineikis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Ezequiel Gaspar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastião Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Valentas Paplauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yatskogoli FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
