Vilmantas Sabaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignas Genčiauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 8 minutes into the game, Zenonas Milčius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jurgis Misius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of FC Pervazniku booed when FC Leitgiriai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldas Gavėnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vidas Ogintas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With splendid footwork Laurynas Gavėnas arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-2 by the left pole in the game's 27th minute. Danas Alminas's late challenge caught a FC Pervazniku's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danas Alminas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, FC Leitgiriai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danas Alminas to maneuver through the defense. FC Leitgiriai's attentive Jaunius Misgirdas managed to snatch the ball when Mantas Akunis made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. In the 37thth minute of the game Ignas Genčiauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pervazniku's Vilmantas Sabaitis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Danas Alminas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Pervazniku's Vidas Ogintas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ričardas Gražys, made in the 46th minute of the game. The FC Leitgiriai players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Pervazniku were winning 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrikas Pažarskis was the one to do the kick off. Mantas Akunis made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Leitgiriai's Jaunius Misgirdas. FC Pervazniku's Vilmantas Sabaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaunius Misgirdas in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes in the game, Henrikas Pažarskis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jurgis Misius having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Ignas Genčiauskas notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC Pervazniku's Vilmantas Sabaitis. Vilmantas Sabaitis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jurgis Misius was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Henrikas Pažarskis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henrikas Pažarskis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. FC Pervazniku's attentive Zenonas Milčius managed to snatch the ball when Vaidas Bračas made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. FC Pervazniku's Vilmantas Sabaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danas Alminas in the 79th minute of play. Henrikas Pažarskis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jurgis Misius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. If Danas Alminas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignas Genčiauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilmantas Sabaitis having to interfere. Ignas Genčiauskas took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilmantas Sabaitis. Vilmantas Sabaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. FC Pervazniku were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Leitgiriai to leave the ground with a draw.
