After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Takalani Mbule managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eiffel's supporters rose to their feet, but Takalani Mbule was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rimas Morkūnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauras Dackus in the 12th minute of play forced Eiffel's goalkeeper Mpenza Madiya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mpenza Madiya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lauras Dackus went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Bytlaukis FC's Rimvydas Stackevičius got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, Eiffel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terence Madiya to maneuver through the defense. Mpenza Madiya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juras Mackevičius in the 29th minute of the match. Mpenza Madiya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rimvydas Stackevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eiffel's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Papi Madima was the one to do the kick off. Muzaffer Gagauz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Rimas Morkūnas made a huge save. Terence Madiya's late challenge caught a Bytlaukis FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Terence Madiya helped the player get up and apologised. Bytlaukis FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
