In the 18th minute Henrikas Pažarskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 曹志棋 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Henrikas Pažarskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilmantas Sabaitis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 罗榕超 went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 曹志棋 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrikas Pažarskis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee showed 罗榕超 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Pervazniku booed when 张家港99联队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. 罗榕超 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Zenonas Milčius came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC Pervazniku fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zenonas Milčius couldn't finish the play. 罗榕超 took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilmantas Sabaitis. Vilmantas Sabaitis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pervazniku's goalkeeper Vilmantas Sabaitis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 曹志棋 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrikas Pažarskis in the 38th minute of play. When 范思广 fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 张家港99联队's protests and gave 范思广 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, 范思广 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Henrikas Pažarskis came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FC Pervazniku fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrikas Pažarskis couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Vilmantas Sabaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 范思广 in the 59th minute of the match. 范思广 scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilmantas Sabaitis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC Pervazniku's Modestas Koreiva got a free kick in the 69th minute. Henrikas Pažarskis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 曹志棋 came out and tried to block the shot, but Henrikas Pažarskis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 73rd minute. If Henrikas Pažarskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in 张家港99联队's zone, Henrikas Pažarskis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 曹志棋 came out of the goal and Henrikas Pažarskis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Pervazniku's Vilmantas Sabaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 鲁义磊 in the 87th minute of play. Henrikas Pažarskis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Pervazniku booed when 张家港99联队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. 鲁义磊 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Many of FC Pervazniku's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC Pervazniku may have spent more time on the ball, but 张家港99联队 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
