A throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game was made by Celedonio Argina with Arnulfo Lidon as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Fermin Dolfo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorino Gaufred having to make a save. Victorino Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Dolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Fermin Dolfo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorino Gaufred having to make a save. 6 minutes into the game, Fermin Dolfo lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Victorino Gaufred. The crowd rose to their feet as Fermin Dolfo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victorino Gaufred. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Victorino Gaufred didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fermin Dolfo went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 20 minutes, Fermin Dolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yalapa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fermin Dolfo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 21 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Maria. After having played for 22 minutes, Olaf Gall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yalapa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olaf Gall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. Piratas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Fermin Dolfo scored to the left of an out of position Victorino Gaufred, making the score, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fermin Dolfo in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Gaufred saved Piratas FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Dolfo in the 38th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Fermin Dolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yalapa's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Dolfo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Gaufred breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fermin Dolfo got free with Victorino Gaufred in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celedonio Argina during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Fermin Dolfo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Gaufred read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Yalapa made a substitution. Eustaquio Ramond replaced Juan Edwardo. Yalapa's attentive Diego Armando Junior managed to snatch the ball when Celedonio Argina made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd minute Eustaquio Ramond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Samuel Tome had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Tome was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Yalapa's Samuel Tome. But to his dismay, Samuel Tome quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 77thth minute of the game Leonardo Nogueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Yalapa's Leonardo Nogueira. But to his dismay, Leonardo Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Nogueira in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Samuel Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Leonardo Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Victorino Gaufred was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 87th play minutes Leonardo Nogueira shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Victorino Gaufred and just under the crossbar into goal. Eustaquio Ramond scored 11-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorino Gaufred, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Yalapa's Eustaquio Ramond. But to his dismay, Eustaquio Ramond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Yalapa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
