An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinson Haaland in the 8th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Edinson Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Edinson Haaland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Eztebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Frank Frankfurter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoff Stocks in the 29th minute of the match. After 32 minutes AFC FUSION's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Su Jian Jie who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Xu Yong Feng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe did a great save. Frank Frankfurter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Rios in the 34th minute of the match. Frank Frankfurter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christoff Stocks's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. AFC FUSION were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Chinese CJ Youth Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Beckham took the corner. Jan Hop was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 40thth minute of the game Edinson Haaland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Frank Frankfurter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Abilio in the 42nd minute of play. Frank Frankfurter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christoff Stocks in the 46th minute. AFC FUSION's Lino Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Christoff Stocks made the kick off in the second half. Frank Frankfurter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Rios in the 51st minute of the match. Romulo Abilio took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Frankfurter. Frank Frankfurter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 62 minutes into the match, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Abilio came free, but Frank Frankfurter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Frankfurter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoff Stocks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Christoff Stocks had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Frankfurter. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christoff Stocks was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Kai Havertz replaced Mario Sesuldo. 70 minutes into the game, Jan Hop was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC FUSION's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chinese CJ Youth Academy the free kick. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Yuan Ting Chao was substituted for Lu Zhan Jian. In the 71st minute, Jan Hop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 74 minutes, Günther Doty managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Günther Doty was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucjan Falkiewicz. AFC FUSION were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Chinese CJ Youth Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Beckham took the corner. AFC FUSION's Jan Hop quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bai Feng Xiang, made in the 85th minute of the game. When Günther Doty came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Günther Doty couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe got control of the ball when Günther Doty tried to sneak it across the goal line. Long Xiang Yuan kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chinese CJ Youth Academy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
