Spectators: 10 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tzvetomir Gruykin got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Newell´s's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Ununger came free, but Jesus Gitano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidónio Candeias, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 24th minute, Sidónio Candeias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Newell´s fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 27th minute, Sidónio Candeias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes, Thorbjörn Olerius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ManagerZone Crew and the Newell´s players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Thorbjörn Olerius hit a great ball. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Larralde in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Newell´s's goalkeeper Jesus Gitano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Linkhorst. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tzvetomir Gruykin in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peter Linkhorst was the one to do the kick off. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sidónio Candeias in the 50th minute. Thorsten Dietz kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Newell´s made a substitution. Atilano Lluciano replaced Rafael Orain. In the 57th match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorsten Dietz to maneuver through the defense. When Atilano Lluciano fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newell´s's protests and gave Atilano Lluciano a yellow card for diving instead. Newell´s made a substitution. Teodosio Telesforo replaced Rogelio Larralde. Jesus Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ununger in the 65th minute of the match. Andreas Sjöstrand lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ManagerZone Crew fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! Newell´s's Teodosio Telesforo got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Federico Peio fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newell´s's protests and gave Federico Peio a yellow card for diving instead. Jesus Gitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorbjörn Olerius in the 94th minute of the match. After 96 minutes, Thorsten Dietz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ManagerZone Crew and the Newell´s players grew even worse after the yellow card. Newell´s were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ManagerZone Crew to leave the ground with a draw.
