After a rather tough play, A4p FC Gad's Olle Olsson got a free kick in the 13th minute. Mugur Aanicăi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rikard Wolff in the 15th minute. Mugur Aanicăi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mugur Aanicăi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mugur Aanicăi made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Rikard Wolff sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute James Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 31 minutes, Rikard Wolff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Södertälje's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rikard Wolff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Komen in the 32nd minute of play forced A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Mugur Aanicăi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Real Södertälje's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Cândroveanu came free, but Jack Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Mugur Aanicăi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rikard Wolff. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Markus Svensson made a kick off. Mugur Aanicăi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markus Svensson in the 53rd minute of play. After 83 minutes, Olle Olsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A4p FC Gad and the Real Södertälje players grew even worse after the yellow card. Real Södertälje's Jack Glanselius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Real Södertälje from getting a goal against them. Olle Olsson got a throw-in 90 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Niculae Boltașu. After 94 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by Gez Mason. In the 95th minute, Flavius Cândroveanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

For all the effort they put into the match, the A4p FC Gad players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Real Södertälje.
