The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Andrzej Juskowiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th match minute, WZG Sandomierz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Widodo 曹操 to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, WZG Sandomierz's Alfred Dziatkowski got control of the ball when José Pedro Cerezo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute José Pedro Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Dziatkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the DJK Füchtel Vechta defense, Andrzej Juskowiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriano Tolin. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriano Tolin should have stopped the shot. Alfred Dziatkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Pedro Cerezo in the 20th minute of play. Adriano Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Juskowiak in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Andrzej Juskowiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Basaik in the 32nd minute of play forced DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalkeeper Adriano Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to WZG Sandomierz getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Widodo 曹操 hit a great ball. In the 39thth minute of the game Andrzej Juskowiak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DJK Füchtel Vechta's Adriano Tolin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adriano Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Juskowiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. WZG Sandomierz were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after DJK Füchtel Vechta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariusz Basaik took the corner. Alfred Dziatkowski was a little too slow when José Pedro Cerezo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-2. After the first half WZG Sandomierz were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
52 minutes into the game, WZG Sandomierz's Andrzej Juskowiak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adriano Tolin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 55 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's Widodo 曹操 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adriano Tolin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in DJK Füchtel Vechta's zone, Andrzej Juskowiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Tolin came out of the goal and Andrzej Juskowiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When WZG Sandomierz's Andrzej Juskowiak in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DJK Füchtel Vechta's goalie prevented a goal. 1-4 became the score in the 71st minute when Widodo 曹操 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. WZG Sandomierz's Black Remi was substituted for Viggo Vassenius. 77 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's Andrzej Juskowiak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adriano Tolin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. WZG Sandomierz's Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink was substituted for Andrzej Juskowiak. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adriano Tolin saved DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting behind. Alfred Dziatkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennie Sagel in the 87th minute of the match. Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Adriano Tolin made a huge save. In the 91st minute of the match, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Adriano Tolin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 92 minutes, Marcus Niggemann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DJK Füchtel Vechta and the WZG Sandomierz players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcus Niggemann hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adriano Tolin saved DJK Füchtel Vechta from getting behind. If Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The WZG Sandomierz players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
