Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leopoldo Luque started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Cristian Alvarenga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Made in Paraguay the free kick. Cristian Alvarenga hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Made in Paraguay's Oscar Cordoba got control of the ball when Nelson Haedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Dantae Lahoz. 20 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Luque came free, but Ariel Balboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Cordoba made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Nelson Haedo sent off a good shot on target. Oscar Cordoba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Alvarenga's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes Made in Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Iratxo Acosta. Oscar Cordoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Haedo in the 25th minute of the match. If Leopoldo Luque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ariel Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Luque in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Nelson Haedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leopoldo Luque struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ariel Balboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Made in Paraguay. After having played for 35 minutes, Cristian Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Made in Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iratxo Acosta to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nelson Haedo to strike the kick off in the second half. Ariel Balboa made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Leopoldo Luque sent off a good shot on target. Oscar Cordoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Alvarenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Oscar Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Alvarenga in the 66th minute of play. If Cristian Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Made in Paraguay made a substitution. Agostinho Madureira replaced Iratxo Acosta. Oscar Cordoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Nelson Haedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Made in Paraguay made a substitution. Blanco Cotilla replaced Cuartio Penagos. A nice corner shot did that Robertinho Lewandowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ariel Balboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Made in Paraguay's Oscar Cordoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Alvarenga in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Made in Paraguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matteo Mata was slow to take the kick. During this time Paraguay's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Paraguay's Matteo Mata to fire away a dangerous shot which Oscar Cordoba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Made in Paraguay's Zsombor Sass got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Made in Paraguay succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Paraguay had controlled the match.
