The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Vilo Futbol Club's zone, Severiano Mitxaut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Emeterio came out of the goal and Severiano Mitxaut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 唐远升 in the 5th minute of play forced Brugo AFC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Lehen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Lehen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 唐远升, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermengildo Lehen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Hernando in the 15th minute of play. Placido Baladi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Vilo Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute, Uriel Clodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Brugo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when 唐远升 came free, but Hermengildo Lehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 唐远升 scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hermengildo Lehen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute, Fabio Hernando made a precise shot to the right of Hermengildo Lehen. Brugo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Placido Baladi hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Brugo AFC defense, Fabio Hernando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermengildo Lehen. The Brugo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermengildo Lehen should have stopped the shot. Calle Beck's late challenge caught a Brugo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calle Beck helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Calle Beck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angel Pio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when 唐远升 made the kick off in the second half. Hermengildo Lehen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 唐远升's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 51st match minute, Brugo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Gora to maneuver through the defense. 唐远升 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Hermengildo Lehen made a huge save. 54 minutes into the game, Angel Pio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brugo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vilo Futbol Club the free kick. In the 54th match minute, Brugo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Pio to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brugo AFC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Lehen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, Vilo Futbol Club's Alvaro Castel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Lehen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 65th play minutes Fabio Hernando shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Hermengildo Lehen and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 68thth minute of the game 唐远升 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brugo AFC's Hermengildo Lehen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dustin Zentner kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Vilo Futbol Club's Jorge Bermudez was substituted for Benjamin Olentzaro. The supporters of Brugo AFC booed when Vilo Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dustin Zentner didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ricardo Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brugo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Rioja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Emeterio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabio Hernando might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hermengildo Lehen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabio Hernando ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Brugo AFC defense, Fabio Hernando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermengildo Lehen. The Brugo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermengildo Lehen should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Aztore in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Lehen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Uriel Clodio kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Brugo AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vilo Futbol Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Vilo Futbol Club.
