Mario Kaja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ole Regitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Ole Regitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Mario Kaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ole Regitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radislav Numanović in the 30th minute of the match. Ole Regitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Kaja's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Mersad Atić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Käppele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krtjenovici HRK's Mersad Atić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Krtjenovici HRK from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Käppele to make the kick off. A collision led to FC Westsachsen getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Elmar Blaustein hit a great ball. Duje Mirić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ole Regitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Westsachsen's Ole Regitz got control of the ball when Mario Kaja tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 67th play minutes Harun Brdanović shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Ole Regitz and just under the crossbar into goal. After 70 minutes of play, FC Westsachsen's Raiko Gudat made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mersad Atić was left in no man's land by his defense there! Radislav Numanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ole Regitz having to interfere. Mersad Atić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raiko Gudat, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With his leg Ole Regitz managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Krtjenovici HRK's Mario Kaja fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When %teams%'s Mario Kaja was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-6 just inside the left pole, 79 minutes into the game. Ole Regitz was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. 83 minutes into the match, FC Westsachsen's goalkeeper Ole Regitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Kaja. Mario Kaja's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ole Regitz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Krtjenovici HRK's Radislav Numanović got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Duje Mirić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Krtjenovici HRK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Westsachsen the free kick. Duje Mirić kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Krtjenovici HRK's Mersad Atić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Käppele in the 87th minute of play. Mario Kaja hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Johannes-Markus Röske threw the ball into play from the sideline. Krtjenovici HRK's Harun Brdanović quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
