The corner led Sefton FC's Heiko Augsberger to fire away a dangerous shot which Remigio Petri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 17th minute of the game Casimiro Mantzio made a throw-in which Clemente Mateus played forward. Florian Bachmayer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Ralondo in the 18th minute. Karl Lentz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Franck Blumenfeld came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Sefton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franck Blumenfeld couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Ralondo got free with Florian Bachmayer in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Heiko Augsberger came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Sefton FC fans jumped to their feet. Florian Bachmayer came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by CLUB ATLETICO RACING's Rafael Ralondo. But to his dismay, Rafael Ralondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Andres Prejun took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Florian Bachmayer to make any attempt to save it. Ollie Wilhelm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Petri having to interfere. In the 38th minute Rafael Ralondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Bachmayer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sefton FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Matty Hoffmann hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Mingo got free with Florian Bachmayer in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl Lentz made a kick off. When Donny Ronvaux fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sefton FC's protests and gave Donny Ronvaux a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sefton FC's Donny Ronvaux got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 63 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO RACING got a freekick which was hit by Andres Prejun. 67 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO RACING's Andres Prejun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Bachmayer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Remigio Petri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Lentz in the 69th minute of play. Franck Blumenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Karl Lentz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sefton FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl Lentz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Petri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl Lentz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Remigio Petri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Petri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ollie Wilhelm in the 83rd minute of the match. Karl Lentz struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Remigio Petri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sefton FC. Ollie Wilhelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Remigio Petri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes CLUB ATLETICO RACING got a freekick which was hit by Andres Prejun. Sefton FC's Karl Lentz got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Franck Blumenfeld blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remigio Petri having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sefton FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CLUB ATLETICO RACING.
