In the 12th minute Rodrigo Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Ulizes struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Damaso Ekaitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PxP Club. In the 18th minute, Angelino Raebert made a precise shot to the right of Damaso Ekaitz. Manantial FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Damaso Ekaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Raebert in the 22nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Angelino Raebert notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Manantial FC's Damaso Ekaitz. Damaso Ekaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 36 minutes, Victoriano Estebano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PxP Club and the Manantial FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victoriano Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Raulo got free with Eleuterio Pitin in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Saul Raulo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Manantial FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PxP Club were winning 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Manantial FC's Hernan Derwin got a free kick in the 51st minute. Atilano Ulizes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the game, Feliciano Cordera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PxP Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantial FC the free kick. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PxP Club! Leonides Pinto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Damaso Ekaitz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emilio Nel. PxP Club's Eleuterio Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Raulo in the 71st minute of play. After 71 played minutes PxP Club got a freekick which was hit by Lino Nesto. The supporters of PxP Club booed when Manantial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Frasquito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
