Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rafael Ralondo got the match started through his kick off. Rodrigo Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Petri having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Andres Prejun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CLUB ATLETICO RACING's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantial FC the free kick. The supporters of Manantial FC booed when CLUB ATLETICO RACING was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Prejun didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Rodrigo Abaurre came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Manantial FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Abaurre couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Rafael Ralondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damaso Ekaitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 17th match minute, CLUB ATLETICO RACING was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Camerino to maneuver through the defense. CLUB ATLETICO RACING's Rafael Ralondo got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Raulo got free with Remigio Petri in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 28 minutes, Vladimiro Clementi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manantial FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Clementi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remigio Petri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Rafael Ralondo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damaso Ekaitz. Damaso Ekaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Paulino Frasquito's late challenge caught a CLUB ATLETICO RACING's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulino Frasquito helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Manantial FC's Paulino Frasquito got a free kick in the 40th minute. Manantial FC's Damaso Ekaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Mingo in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Manantial FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ignacio Figueroa hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Rafael Ralondo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Ekaitz was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The Manantial FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CLUB ATLETICO RACING were winning 1-2.

With a little luck, Manantial FC's Damaso Ekaitz got control of the ball when Rafael Ralondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clemente Mateus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The CLUB ATLETICO RACING fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when CLUB ATLETICO RACING's Rafael Ralondo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rafael Ralondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Damaso Ekaitz made a huge save. CLUB ATLETICO RACING played a much better game than Manantial FC and deserved their victory. The Manantial FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
