Martin fierro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Karl Lentz scored to the left of an out of position Timoteo Cerilo, making the score, 2-0. Karl Lentz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timoteo Cerilo having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Martin fierro's zone, Heiko Augsberger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Cerilo came out of the goal and Heiko Augsberger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Ollie Wilhelm made a precise shot to the right of Timoteo Cerilo. Martin fierro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Florian Bachmayer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Hermelando in the 25th minute of play. Florian Bachmayer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Hermelando, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jupp Otto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timoteo Cerilo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Lentz in the 31st minute of play forced Martin fierro's goalkeeper Timoteo Cerilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timoteo Cerilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Lentz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santiago Furman made a kick off. Damaso Hermelando took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Bachmayer. Florian Bachmayer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Karl Lentz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl Lentz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Timoteo Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sefton FC fully deserved thier win.
