After some careless play in the Martin fierro defense, Benedikt Hefter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timoteo Cerilo. The Martin fierro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timoteo Cerilo should have stopped the shot. Herscheid FC's Arthur Abermatt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Furman in the 40th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santiago Furman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Herscheid FC's Kamil Gabler got a free kick in the 51st minute. Damaso Hermelando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Arthur Abermatt made a huge save. Herscheid FC's Arthur Abermatt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Herscheid FC from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Damaso Hermelando notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Herscheid FC's Arthur Abermatt. Arthur Abermatt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th match minute, Martin fierro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Tartalo to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Herscheid FC got a freekick which was hit by Quentin Ahrens. In the 66th minute Antonius Bache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Cerilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes, Quentin Ahrens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herscheid FC and the Martin fierro players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Martin fierro booed when Herscheid FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Ahrens didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Santiago Furman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedikt Hefter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 78 minutes, Damaso Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martin fierro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Hermelando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedikt Hefter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isidor Hefter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Timoteo Cerilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Santiago Furman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arthur Abermatt. That made the score 3-4 in the 93 minute of play. The Martin fierro players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
