Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl Lentz started the match with the kick off. Damaso Ekaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Lentz in the 2nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Sefton FC's Damaso Ekaitz threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karl Lentz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rodrigo Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Saul Raulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Manantial FC's Cirilo Oliverio got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 10th minute, Karl Lentz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damaso Ekaitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Karl Lentz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. In the 16th minute, Karl Lentz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saul Raulo scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florian Bachmayer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sefton FC's zone, Rodrigo Abaurre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Bachmayer came out of the goal and Rodrigo Abaurre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Lentz in the 28th minute of play forced Manantial FC's goalkeeper Damaso Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Damaso Ekaitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Karl Lentz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sefton FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl Lentz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damaso Ekaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Manantial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Lentz came free, but Damaso Ekaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Ekaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jupp Otto in the 32nd minute. Florian Bachmayer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cirilo Oliverio went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Karl Lentz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Abaurre made a kick off. Max Buckholz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Ekaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Damaso Ekaitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl Lentz went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the game, Jupp Otto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Damaso Ekaitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jupp Otto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sefton FC's attentive Donny Ronvaux managed to snatch the ball when Paulino Frasquito made a throw-in in the 70th minute of the game. When Sefton FC's Karl Lentz in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manantial FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Max Buckholz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Paulino Frasquito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donny Ronvaux hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Sefton FC's Simon Lambert got a free kick in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Sefton FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Patrick von Prittwitz hit a great ball. Manantial FC's Jonas Timo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sefton FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Lentz in the 95th minute of play forced Manantial FC's goalkeeper Damaso Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Sefton FC were the better team. Sefton FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
