The audience thought a goal was coming when Dawid Kochowski got free with Grzegorz Szamotulski in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bill Carmichael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wagner Kill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Sabin Bălcescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bill Carmichael came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Diablofaryd F.C.'s Wagner Kill. But to his dismay, Wagner Kill quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wagner Kill stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wagner Kill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Carmichael having to interfere. Benicio Maurin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute Wagner Kill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bill Carmichael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Agostini in the 85th minute of play forced Gasca Nebuna's goalkeeper Bill Carmichael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Gaston Bingen heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Diablofaryd F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
