In the 19thth minute of the game Anacleto Libertad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Mervaleta FC fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Mervaleta FC's Justino Erruki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Justino Erruki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dario Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Rodrigo Toribio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Libertad who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Leo Nesto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 56 played minutes Los Guacho Pistola got a freekick which was hit by Blagovest Deykov. Leo Nesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Libertad's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Anacleto Libertad could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Leo Nesto however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Mervaleta FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. David Polo hit a great ball. Vladan Leszczynski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leo Nesto. Mervaleta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Los Guacho Pistola were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Mervaleta FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vladan Leszczynski took the corner. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 73rd minute, but Leo Nesto got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Mervaleta FC hanging dry this time. In the 74th minute of the match Los Guacho Pistola got a corner. Mervaleta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 84th match minute, Los Guacho Pistola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Avellaneda to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Mervaleta FC's goalkeeper Leo Nesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladan Leszczynski. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Guacho Pistola would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
