Thanks to some nice moves Sten Mellin could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Pankracy Glogowski however easily saved by the left post. In the 40th minute FC Wrocanka were awarded a corner. Sverker Danielsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Sverker Danielsson made a great header on FC Wrocanka's corner, it was just that Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Emil Borowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Atlanta reached it. Club Atlético Atlanta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
